The following closings are in effect for the primary today.
- Columbus city offices and City Hall are closed.
- The Columbus Board of Public Works meeting and the Columbus City Council meeting have been moved from today to Wednesday. Board of Works will meet at 10 a.m. in the council chambers and the Columbus City Council will meet at 6 p.m. in the Cal Brand Meeting Hall.
- Bartholomew County offices and the Courthouse are closed.
- The Columbus City Utilities is closed and regular business hours will resume at 8 a.m. Wednesday. Customers with a problem with water or sewer service should call the business office at 812-372-8861 and follow the prompts.
- All city trash pickup will be on schedule today with no delays. The city’s public works office is closed but will reopen at 7 a.m. Wednesday. For more information, call 812-376-2509 or visit columbus.in.gov/publicworks.
