Five Columbus arts organizations were awarded more than $44,000 in state grant funding, the Indiana Arts Commission announced Thursday.

The following organizations were awarded grant funding:

  • Columbus Indiana Philharmonic, $15,711.
  • Columbus Area Arts Council, $10,280.
  • Dancers Studio, Inc. of Columbus, $6,849.
  • Columbus Symphony Orchestra, $5,942.
