Eagles top Thunderbirds
BEDFORD — Brown County improved 32 shots over the previous day in picking up a 206-211 win against Eastern Greene Thursday at Stonecrest.
Lilly VanNess tied for medalist honors with a 45 to lead the Eagles. Hannah deWeerdt carded a 49, Ava Stogsdill added a 55, Savannah Poling shot 57 and Chloe Poling had a 60.
Lancers win tri match
GREENSBURG — Izzy Richardson won medalist honors with a 49 to lead Edinburgh to a tri-match win at North Branch.
The Lancers finished with a 212 team total. Southwestern (Shelby) finished second with a 242, and host North Decatur was third with a 246.
Jillian Turner carded a 51 for Edinburgh. Gracie Myers added a 54, Macie Blandford shot 58 and Cloee Britton had a 59.
