the nice man who found my billfold in a shopping cart at Kroger and returned it to my home.

the verdicts that were a victory of the rule of law over lawlessness, and a victory of facts over alternative facts.

Brian Howie for his insightful column regarding the former vice-president and the Jan. 6 insurrection.

Nancy Pelosi for getting through the House of Representatives the Affordable Care Act and the Infrastructure Bill which is improving millions of lives.

Onions to

the former leader and current author claiming to have brought democracy back from the brink, but failing to record how he helped get us there in the first place.

the former elected official and political party members who knew there was a plan for a seditious conspiracy yet no action is being taken to hold them to account.

those that praise the elected official.

the former federal official who said he knew nothing about the people he dined with.

whoever removed the electrical cord from a working television that I had left out for anyone who could have made use of it.

the former elected official whose major role was as an apologist for the disgraced former leader.

the local radio interviewee that thinks vocal fry is trendy and attractive.

county officials for caring more about new cars than the homeless people.

the state legislators for not letting people make their own decisions because other states put abortion rights on the ballot.
