The 9th Street Park Neighborhood Watch will serve the Community Christmas Meal at the 9th Street Park on Christmas Day from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. There will be no dine-in. The organization will accept reservations but will accept walk-ups too.
Those who wish to receive a meal may pick it up at the park or have it delivered by calling Chris Rutan at 812-447-2121.
The turkey and noodles meal will also have mashed potatoes, vegetables, cranberry relish, a roll and dessert.
Donations of food and gift cards are being accepted to purchase supplies for around 250 meals. Volunteer drivers are also needed. For more information, call 812-447-2121.
