Sen. Greg Walker
INDIANAPOLIS — Sen. Greg Walker, R-Columbus, has been appointed by Senate President Pro Tem Rodric Bray, R-Martinsville, to serve as chair of the Senate Committee on Family and Children Services for the 123rd Indiana General Assembly.
Walker will also serve as ranking member of the Senate Committees on Elections and Ethics, and as member of the following Senate committees: Pensions and Labor, Public Policy, and Tax and Fiscal Policy.
The 2023 legislative session ceremonially began with Organization Day on Nov. 22. The Senate is scheduled to reconvene for session Jan. 9.
Walker represents Senate District 41, which includes portions of Bartholomew and Johnson counties.
