Holcomb directs flags to half-staff in honor of Master Trooper James Bailey, killed in the line of duty

INDIANAPOLIS – Gov. Eric J. Holcomb is directing flags to be flown at half-staff in the state of Indiana in honor and remembrance of Indiana State Police Master Trooper James R. Bailey who was killed in the line of duty.

Flags should be flown at half-staff from sunrise to sunset on Saturday, March 11. Holcomb is asking businesses and residents in Indiana to lower their flags to half-staff.
