COLUMBUS, Ga. — Savannah Harweger went 2 for 3 with a triple and an RBI Saturday, but Marian fell to Cumberlands (Kentucky) 9-6 in the softball NAIA World Series.
Sierra Norman, a junior first baseman from Columbus North, added an RBI for the Knights (51-8). Harweger is a senior shortstop from Trinity Lutheran.
Marian (51-8) will play Georgia Gwinnett College at 1 p.m. Monday.
