SHELBY COUNTY — The Shelby County Sheriff’s Department is investigating a fatal accident on State Road 9 just south of Shelbyville, deputies said. There is one confirmed fatality with no other injuries, deputies said. Three vehicles were involved, and State Road 9
is closed.
Deputies said the crash involved a “work type” truck and two larger trucks. The crash investigation is still ongoing.
