The Republic for the editorial encouraging people to educate themselves on the facts and severity of the Trump indictment.

the editorial about the indictment against the former president that everyone should read and understand.

Ray Niedbalski for your column in Wednesday’s paper, remember there are a lot of people who support you.

individuals who take the time to read and study books before publicly labeling and presenting them as problematic.

people questioning school policy.

people who are on the right side of history and support American democracy and the democratic process.

Onions to

the supermarket for changing everything around, taking me twice as long to shop, after I knew where to find everything, from an unhappy senior.

Christian churches removing the word “church” from their name and are becoming more and more “Seeker Sensitive.”

whoever is supposed to keep the weeds out of the Discover Columbus display coming into town.

the obvious changes in our town and strain on resources caused by the out of control border crisis.

those who complain about art and anything worthwhile.

those who complain about books in schools but haven’t used the formal process created by the school board, instead of reading excerpts at meetings, file a request.

the pesky book banner on the board who doesn’t even follow the policy in place.

complaining about graphic content in books while ignoring the same, or worse, content in the Bible.

the book banners, Growth for Schools, and Parental Rights in Education groups for being the tyranny of the minority deciding what should and shouldn’t be in school libraries.

those just wanting to live their lives, just do it but don’t shove your lifestyle in my face.

the parents who apparently can’t manage what their children read but want to decide for me what my children should read.

defeated school board candidate who refuses to acknowledge the vast majority of our community doesn’t want book banning.

the rural mail delivery person who leaves my mailbox wide open.

the city that would shut down an intersection over some nonsense instead of focusing on the real issues of the citizens.

the school official who cannot accept criticism.

the U.S. senator blocking military promotions, causing the Army and Marines to have no commander which causes military unreadiness.
