Thomas “Tom” Lee Moore passed away peacefully after a battle with cancer on December 5, 2023. Tom was a substance use and mental health counselor who helped many people on the path to recovery. Tom was a graduate of Columbus High School. He was preceded in death by his wife Connie Moore (Miessen) and parents Merril and Louise Moore. Tom is survived by his children, Chris and Quixada Moore-Vissing, sister, Judy Hill (Troy), brother Jerry Moore (Kathy), and inlaws, Diane and Butch Weeda.
