There are three items on the agenda:

  • Confirmation of changes to the city’s zoning ordinance, including regulations for commercial solar facilities.
  • The second reading of an ordinance authorizing a $5.8 million forgivable loan from the Columbus Redevelopment Commission to developer Flaherty & Collins to help fund a mixed-use project at Sixth and Washington streets downtown.
  • A resolution providing for a transfer of $100 between categories in the aviation non-reverting fund to help cover increased sales tax on fuel sales.
