A community resource fair sponsored by United Way of Bartholomew County will be 9 a.m. to noon on Feb. 16 at Memorial Baptist Church, 2320 Seventh St., in Columbus.
Organizations participating in the fair will include The Arc of Bartholomew County, ASAP Bartholomew County, Centerstone Health Services, Columbus Township Trustee, Family School Partners, Human Services, Inc., Just Friends, Lincoln Central Neighborhood Family Center, Love Chapel, Sans Souci, Stride Center, Su Casa and Turning Point Domestic Violence Services, all of which will have resources, services and information available for visitors.
The event is free and open to the public, and a light breakfast will be served.
Duke Energy will have on-site representatives to answer questions and offer information on their programs and funds. A $5,000 contribution from the company made the event possible.
