Crusaders fall in third-place game at ICSAA state finals

DYER — Columbus Christian came away with a 36-25 loss to Horizon Christian in Saturday’s third-place game of the Indiana Christian Schools Athletic Association state girls basketball tournament.

Emma Murray led the Crusaders (14-14) with 10 points. Olivia Wise added eight.

Columbus Christian’s girls and boys teams will travel to Dayton, Tennessee, on Tuesday for the National Association of Christian Athletes (NACA) Tournament, which begins on Wednesday.
