The presence of insects and rodents shall be controlled to minimize their presence on the premises. Many rodent droppings were found in the corner near the door of the alcohol storage room. Professional pest control must be sought immediately and copies of the receipts for treatment provided to this department by March 2, 2024. Working containers used to store toxic and poisonous materials such as cleaners and sanitizers must be clearly labeled with the common name of their contents. There were two spray bottles of cleaning agents stored in the cabinet below the handwashing sink that are not labeled.
