Eastern Bartholomew Water Corp. said one of the company’s water mains has been damaged due to another utility company digging in the area of North County Road 200W near Lowell Road and Drummond Drive.
The company is trying to assess the damage and learn which customers and water lines are affected. Customers who have lost water will be under a water boil advisory for 48 hours once water service is restored.
Any water that is to be consumed or used for cooking purposes should be boiled for at least 5 minutes and cooled before consuming.
