NORTH VERNON — Jennings County’s boys won a tri meet with East Central and Greensburg Tuesday, while the Panther girls finished second behind East Central.
Will Barnes won the 110- and 300-meter hurdles, and Blaine Ison took the 100 and 200 to lead the Jennings boys. Other individual winners were Logan Lawson in the pole vault, Logan Hifo in the high jump, Branden Braun in the long jump, Dawson Leak in the 400 and Kraedyn Young in the 3,200. The Panthers also swept the 4×800, 4×100 and 4×400 relays.
Ilene Hifo won the high jump to lead the Jennings girls. The Panthers also took the 4×100 relay.
