INDIANAPOLIS — Sixth-ranked Columbus North dropped only one game in the five matches Tuesday in rolling to a 5-0 Conference Indiana girls tennis win at Southport.
Kathryn Wilson beat Avanell Traylor at No. 1 singles, Aya Saad topped Ding Oo at No. 2 singles, both by 6-0, 6-0 scores for the Bull Dogs (4-0, 2-0). Lison Clouteax was leading Lillian Hess 1-0 when Hess injury defaulted.
North’s Annabelle Sun and Lucy Bergman topped Claire Davis and Aubrey Rogers 6-0, 6-0 at No. 1 doubles. Grace Conner and Lizzie Bodart defeated Ryan Abernathy and Trinity Kendrick 6-0, 6-1 at No. 2 doubles.
