WALDRON — Hauser’s boys and girls track teams both finished second in a tri meet Monday at Waldron.
Triton Central won the boys meet with 71 points to 49 for the Jets and 33 for Waldron. Triton took the girls meet with 58 points to 51 for Hauser and 15 for Waldron.
Luke Bruner won the discus (129 feet, 2 inches), and Adrean Tungate took the 3,200 meters (12 minutes, 8 seconds) to lead the Jet boys. Hauser also won the 4×800 relay (9:24).
For the girls, Addison Dailey won the 100 hurdles, Kennedy Konradi took the 1,600 (6:43) and Grace Hattabugh captured the 3,200 (18:10). The Jets also won the 4×400 relay (5:02).
