NORTH VERNON — Trinity Lutheran took both doubles matches, but Jennings County swept the singles matches Tuesday to claim a 3-2 girls tennis victory.
Tatum Brown beat Drew Hubbard 6-0, 6-2 at No. 1 singles, Kaydence Lowman topped Katie Malone 6-0, 6-1 at No. 2 singles and Mia Silvey defeated Presley Meyers 6-3, 6-1 at No. 3 singles for the Panthers (3-0).
Trinity’s Kiley Zabel and Carson Bowling beat Jocelyn Valdovinos and Sophia Lucas 6-1, 6-1 at No. 1 doubles, and Natalee Martinez and Emily Keller topped Gabi Morin and Maddy McIntosh 6-0, 7-5 at No. 2 doubles.
