ELLETTSVILLE — Brown County’s boys finished third and girls fourth Thursday in a quad meet at Edgewood.
Edgewood won the boys meet with 98 points to 84 for Indian Creek, 38 for the Eagles and 15 for Owen Valley. Edgewood took the girls contest with 115 points to 70 for Indian Creek, 36 for Owen Valley and 23 for Brown County.
Wyatt Sutter won the boys discus (142 feet, 10 inches) and finished second in the shot put (41-3 1/2). Eli Wrightsman took the pole vault (8-0), and the Eagles captured the 4×800 relay (9:16.0).
Sadie Hiatt led the Brown County girls with a second-place finish in the 3,200 (13:54.81).
