ST. LEON — Columbus East’s boys and girls track teams both finished seventh in Friday’s East Central Invitational. The host Trojans swept the boys and girls titles.
Jared Brooks led the Olympian boys with a second-place finish in the discus (140 feet, 9 inches).
Jenna Guse, Claire Behnke, Carsyn Schlehuser and Gabbie Meier finished second in the 4×100-meter relay (51.99 seconds) to lead the East girls. Sophie Glick took third in the long jump (15-10), and Schlehuser was third in the 100 (13.27).
