CONNERSVILLE — Columbus East scored two runs in each of the first two innings Friday and went on to post a 6-3 softball win at Connersville.
Lola Watkins went 3 for 4 with a triple, and Baleigh Fish went 3 for 5 with two RBIs for the Olympians (9-12). Raegyn Foster went 2 for 3, Addy Ross went 2 for 4 and Savanna Sullivan smacked a home run.
Hermione Robinson threw a six-hitter and struck out nine.
