NORTH VERNON — Jennings County softball had a long day against Class 4A No. 3 New Palestine on Saturday, falling 13-1 in six innings and 14-0 in five innings.
The Panthers (9-12) were limited to three hits in each game. Jillian Brauer had a double in the opener, and Claire Hack and Riley Byford each had a double in the second game.
