NORTH VERNON — Jennings County trailed Indian Creek 4-3 after 4 1/2 innings Monday before scoring two in the fifth and four in the sixth to claim a 9-4 softball victory.
Kenzie Matern threw a six-hitter and went 2 for 3 with a home run and two RBIs to lead the Panthers (10-12). Claire Hack went 2 for 3 with three RBIs, Maycie Ward had two RBIs and Alexis Carson had a home run.
