EDINBURGH — JP Scudder and Corey Nugent combined on a one-hitter with 12 strikeouts Monday to lead Class A No. 9 South Decatur to a 4-0 Mid-Hoosier Conference baseball win at Edinburgh.
Rylan Sessions went 2 for 3 with a double and two RBIs for the Cougars (10-2, 6-0).
Gabe Bennett threw a four-hitter with 11 strikeouts for the Lancers (10-8-1, 4-6).
