Bartholomew County Highway Department workers will chip seal Lake Road between State Road 58 and the Brown County line today.
Contractors also will be working on Carr Hill Road between Willow Lane and the Interstate 65 overpass Thursday and Friday, if weather permits.
The county highway department is asking motorists to avoid the areas while the work is being done.
