From pipe and drum bands to Celtic groups to vendors of all things plaid, the Columbus Scottish Festival will offer a generous taste of Scotland’s culture Sept. 8-9 at the Bartholomew County Fairgrounds, 750 W. County Road 200S, near Garden City. That includes its food and athletics, courtesy of the Highland Games. Single-day tickets are $5 to $15, with children 4 and younger admitted free.
