COLUMBUS
Helen Marie Goen, 83, of Columbus, died at 10:15 p.m. Tuesday, May 14, 2019 at Otterbein Senior Life Community in Franklin.
Helen was born, March 23, 1936 in Indianapolis, the daughter of Raymond and Clara Werner Bunce.
Mrs. Goen retired in 1998 as an accounting clerk from Safeco Insurance Company in Indianapolis.
Survivors include her daughters, Mary (David) Ward of Indianapolis and Susan (David) Coffey of Columbus; grandchildren, Maggie (Nathan) Moore, Kelly (James) Chamberlin, Nicholas Coffey, Jacob Coffey, Ian Coffey and Allison Coffey; and her great-grandchildren, Avery Moore, Eli Moore and Logan Chamberlin.
She was preceded in death by her father, Raymond Bunce; mother, Clara Bye; a brother Donald Bunce; and a sister, Margie Passen.
Then funeral will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Friday, May 24, 2019 at Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Home on Washington Street.
Family and friends may call from noon to time of service at the funeral home.
A graveside service and Entombment will be at 3:00 p.m. Friday May 24, 2019 at Washington Park East Cemetery in Indianapolis.
