An unidentified local family is credited with finding a 16-year-old Bartholomew County teen who has autism who was reported missing Thursday night.
An Everbridge notification was sent out to the area near the boy’s home and the media was notified at 7:30 p.m. that Josh Schroer was missing from the area of County Road 50N and Knollwood. Just a short time later, the Bartholomew County Sheriff’s Department notified the public he had been found.
