Boil water advisory issued for Taylor Road residents

Columbus City Utilities has issued a precautionary boil water advisory for customers on Taylor Road, north of 29th Street to Rocky Ford Road. This precautionary measure is necessary due to an emergency water main repair in conjunction with the Taylor Road Round-A-Bout project.

Customers are asked to boil cooking and drinking water for five minutes until notified that the water has passed laboratory testing. Customers will be notified when the order is lifted.

Customers who have provided phone numbers to the Utility will receive robocalls. All customers affected will receive a door hanger notice prior to, and upon completion of the testing.

Anyone with additional questions can call the Water Service Hotline at 812-418-6435.
