COLUMBUS — Bartholomew Superior Court 2 Judge-Elect Jon Rohde is appointing David Nowak as magistrate for the court.
Nowak has practiced law for four decades and served as deputy attorney general for the Indiana Attorney General’s Office for more than 10 years. In addition to his private practice, Nowak has worked as a public defender for the past 26 years and volunteers his time to serve on the Bartholomew county Evidence Based Decision Making Policy Team.
