COLUMBUS, Ind. — In response to the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak, the ASAP Hub announced it will close Friday, and will be closed until further notice.
“One of ASAP’s guiding principles is that we will be accountable to our community. In keeping with that, the most responsible thing we can do is to close our physical location, to help ensure the safety of our clients and our staff,” said Doug Leonard, executive director of the Alliance for Substance Abuse Progress. “It is important now more than ever that we work to keep our community safe and help lessen the load on our health system.”
The ASAP Hub will operate remotely. Those needing to contact the ASAP Hub can call and leave a message at (812) 418-8705, and an ASAP Hub staff member will contact them. Alternatively, clients can visit asapbc.org and initiate a videocall during normal ASAP Hub business hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., or can fill out the contact form an ASAP Hub staff member will contact them.
ASAP Hub will continue to monitor the situation and will announce a resumption of normal office hours as the COVID-19 outbreak diminishes.
