INDIANAPOLIS — The Indiana Department of Health said 1,380 additional Hoosiers have been diagnosed with COVID-19 through testing at state and private laboratories. That brings to 697,533 the number of Indiana residents now known to have had the novel coronavirus following corrections to the previous day’s dashboard.
To date, 12,733 Hoosiers are confirmed to have died from COVID-19, an increase of seven from the previous day. Another 405 probable deaths have been reported based on clinical diagnoses in patients for whom no positive test is on record.
A total of 3,299,121 unique individuals have been tested in Indiana, up from 3,294,837 on Friday. A total of 9,187,24 tests, including repeat tests for unique individuals, have been reported to the state Department of Health since Feb. 26, 2020.
Bartholomew County reported 7,797 positive tests (up 12) with 152 deaths (no change) as of Saturday.
Surrounding counties reported:
Jackson County: 4,894 positive cases (up seven) with 69 deaths (no change).
Jennings County: 2,239 positive cases (up one) with 47 deaths (up one).
Decatur County: 2,780 positive cases (up four) with 92 deaths (no change).
Shelby County: 4,740 positive cases (up two) with 95 deaths (no change).
Johnson County: 17,325 positive cases (up 33) with 371 deaths (no change).
Brown County: 988 positive cases (up three) with 40 deaths (no change).

As of today, a total of 3,333,969 doses have been administered in Indiana. This includes 1,954,570 first doses and 1,379,399 individuals who are fully vaccinated. The fully vaccinated number represents individuals who have received a second dose of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines and those who received the single Johnson & Johnson vaccine.
