COLUMBUS, INDIANA
John (Stoney) Stoner fell into the arms of our Heavenly Father on Saturday morning, May 1st, 2021.
John was the son of the late Burley and Helen Stoner and brother to Steve (Jill) Stoner, Lori Browning and Carol Chapman.
John retired from Cummins Inc October 1st of 2020 after 48 years of service. John lived life to the fullest and loved spending time with his sons, Matt and Luke Stoner with whom he shared with their mother, Karen Torrey Thompson. John loved taking his son, Luke to watch the Indianapolis Colts play and looked forward to every season! John loved to play golf and always looked forward to playing with his son, Matt. John was a proud grandfather to AJ and Elam Stoner, he loved watching them race and grow. John enjoyed camping with is loving wife, Tish and chilling by the fire watching old movies and going to the beach.
John is survived by his wife, Letitia (Tish) Stoner, stepchildren, Caden (Teha) McGaha and Heather (John) Kelley, sons, Matt (Kaley) and Luke Stoner; brother, Steve Stoner; sister, Lori Browning; grandchildren, AJ and Elam Stoner; and several nieces and nephews.
