La QUINTA, Calif. — After back-to-back 69s on Thursday and Friday, Tyler Duncan carded a 1-over-par 73 Saturday and missed the cut to today’s final round of The American Exprress by two shots.
Duncan, a 2008 Columbus North graduate, played the Pete Dye Stadium Course on Thursday, the La Quinta Country Club on Friday and the Nicklaus Tournament Course on Saturday. He finished at 5-under 211 for 54 holes.
Lee Hodges and Paul Barjon share the lead at 18-under 198. Tom Hoge is one shot back at 17-under 199.
