Orchids to

the Silver Oaks staff and PTs for the great care given to our mom during her transition to coming home, we are all so appreciative.

Onions to

not realizing guns don’t kill, people with no regards to life do.

saying “Guns don’t kill people. People kill people,” politicians who continue to permit guns getting into the wrong hands kill people.

the official saying at the NRA convention the “only thing that stops a bad guy is a good guy with a gun” when numerous people had guns outside the school in his state!

making it possible to have unlimited military-style weapons and other guns so that no one can be safe anywhere in the U.S., especially our children.

the officers who waited outside the school while the gunman slaughtered students and teachers inside.

all of the churches not teaching the healing power of God so their people can be well again.

those shooting off fire crackers near Marr Road and Rocky Ford Road.

the condo board allowing discarded furniture to sit at the curb for five days, disgracing our area.

the thieves who took two decorations from the three graves I decorated for loved ones on Memorial Day.

the fire department for the 25% increase!

the man in the store parking lot loudly hurling slurs and insults at people of a certain ethnicity, absolutely disgusting behavior, and it hurts my heart.

the commentary that completely refuses to acknowledge that other countries have people who have violent video games without mass shootings.

expecting my children to stand up daily in a public classroom and pledge allegiance to their God or face bullying for following their own family’s belief system.

being the only country in the world with a gun problem — let’s hope it doesn’t mutate.

grocery store that had eight people in line with full carts of groceries and only one checker.

everyone jumping on guns as the problem, try looking at all the other things like fentanyl and the lack of God in their lives.

putting food items in Blessing Boxes that are clearly not usable, if a can of cooking oil is rusty, it is no longer good.

state representatives for our specially-designed government.

those good guys with guns who waited more than 45 minutes perhaps hoping a brave armed teacher could solve their problem.

blaming gun deaths on mental health while removing hundreds of millions of dollars from a mental health commission.
