1st shift hours: 7am - 3:30pm, Mon - Fri
2nd shift hours: 3pm - 1:30am, Mon - Thurs (shift differential pay available)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
● Adheres to Company safety rules and policies
● Color match and mix paint
● Blend into existing panels and paintwork, professional level finish
● Help with prepping, as needed
● Requires the use of safety equipment that may include but not limited to: mask, gloves, face shield/goggles, respirator, non-slip shoes and/or other protective garments/equipment as needed
● May be required to work overtime as needed
● Perform other duties as assigned by ReCondition Pros management

  â—‹ light sanding up to matching body lines
  â—‹ blocking and glazing
  â—‹ crease repair
  â—‹ stud welding
  â—‹ recreating body lines
  â—‹ plastic repair
  â—‹ hammering out or filling depressions with body filler, remove damaged fenders/panels
  â—‹ file, grind and sand repaired surfaces using power and hand tools before turning vehicles over to the Paint

We are seeking an experienced, professional technician who can provide safe, reliable, and courteous installation and service to residential and commercial propane accounts.

Applicants will need a commercial driver’s license Class B with HazMat endorsement, the ability to pass a pre-employment DOT physical and drug screen and have a high school diploma/GED.

Position Summary:

Responsible for operating power lift equipment to assist in the efficient flow of merchandise into and out of the distribution center. The company also requires that all employees perform all tasks in a safe manner consistent with corporate policies and state and federal laws. Essential Job Functions:

• Use power lift equipment to move product from the receiving areas to storage areas, replenishes order selection locations, loads trailers.
• Place incoming merchandise in proper location in warehouse, moving merchandise as needed to make room.
• Separate and move pallets as needed.
• Retrieve merchandise orders by stores.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.

Minimum Position Qualifications:<

The Site Manager position falls within the Bastian Solutions Custom Automation Team. The Site Manager is responsible for Custom Automation projects and will be capable of all phases of a project implementation including: Initial Site Layout, Subcontractor Management, Customer Management onsite, Inventory Management and receipt of equipment, Jobsite Safety, Site communication, device troubleshooting, System Checkout and Start up, Inventory Management, validation of System throughput and efficiencies, and customer training. The Site Manager helps our company meet its mission is to help our customers compete in their markets by providing the best material handling system solutions and technology. 

General Job Duties

• Work with Project Manager and Project Engineers assisting with overall project execution.
• Conduct full scope of project services as outlined in the overview above.
• Deliver successful projects with regards to customer satisfact

Care Managers provide support and resources to seniors and those with disabilities of any age.  The Care Manager maintains regular contact with clients on their caseload by regular home visits (currently all contact is by phone during the pandemic) at least quarterly.  The Care Manager ensures that the individual is receiving all supports and services as written in the care plan and approved for eligibility.  Case notes are documented in the State of Indiana portal within a set amount of time.  

Care Managers are the link to supports and services an individual needs to remain at home for as long as desired and safe.  This includes quality care, nutritious meals, good supports and other services to keep them healthy.

The TE (Trail Edge) Grind Operator is responsible grinding and polishing the parts. In addition, the
TE Grind Operator is responsible for performing final inspections. Steel toe shoes are required.

•Replace belts as needed

•Visually inspect parts for defects

•If defects are found, weld and correct defects

•Buff and polish parts

•Perform final inspection on parts

•Complete paperwork associated with parts

•Clean equipment and work area after completing shift
