Automotive Paint Tech: ReCondition Pros
Summary:
This position is in an extremely high volume paint shop with never ending and consistent work. We are a team based company that believes in developing and training our associates and working towards a team goal everyday. Competitive hourly pay rate - no flat rate!
1st shift hours: 7am - 3:30pm, Mon - Fri
2nd shift hours: 3pm - 1:30am, Mon - Thurs (shift differential pay available)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
â— Adheres to Company safety rules and policies
â— Color match and mix paint
â— Blend into existing panels and paintwork, professional level finish
â— Help with prepping, as needed
â— Requires the use of safety equipment that may include but not limited to: mask, gloves, face shield/goggles, respirator, non-slip shoes and/or other protective garments/equipment as needed
â— May be required to work overtime as needed
â— Perform other duties as assigned by ReCondition Pros management
