TRAX Agronomy Lead: Premier Companies
The TRAX Agronomy Lead is responsible for all Premier Ag precision agriculture needs.
This includes implementation and maintenance of the CropLink platform for grid sampling and VRT recommendations.
TRAX is a critical support structure to the agronomy sales and operations teams, and this position should expect to act as such.
This is a full-time position serving the entire Premier Ag trade territory with primary office located at Seymour IN.
Responsibilities:
Essential functions of the TRAX Agronomy Lead include:
• Make sales calls throughout assigned territory to determine agronomy needs, create solutions, and build long term business relationships that will generate sales of seed, fertilizer, ag chemicals, and agronomy services. This includes such things as crop scouting, soil testing and other information gathering activities as needed.

Senior Maintenance Technician: Lindal North America, Inc.
The maintenance technician position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives.
Roles and responsibilities :
- Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment
- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service
- Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines

Project Manager: Bastian Solutions Custom Automation
The Project Manager 1 (PM1) will be responsible for developing and leading a cross functional team
in the pursuit of developing a system from sale to final installed solution. During this period the PM1
will be required to interact with all aspects of the business unit including design, procurement,
manufacturing, assembly, and testing. During a project, the PM1 will need to guide the team toward a
solution that fulfills the customer needs, while meeting budget and time constraints. PM1s will start
being exposed to a project toward the end of the sale cycle as a purchase order becomes highly
likely. Upon receiving an order from a customer, the PM1 will work with the Sales Engineer
responsible to initiate a project kickoff for the project team and customer. Once this is complete, the
PM1 will have sole responsibility of the project. The PM1 will have the support of other Project

PC workers are responsible for keeping records of all products shipped and received in a company. They prepare outgoing shipments, generate shipping documents and labels and ensure that all orders have been filled correctly. PURPOSE AND SCOPE
The TE (Trail Edge) Grind Operator is responsible grinding and polishing the parts. In addition, the TE Grind
Operator is responsible for performing final inspections.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Grind edges and surfaces of the parts
- Replace belts as needed
- Visually inspect parts for defects
- If defects are found, weld and correct defects
- Buff and polish parts
- Perform final inspection on parts

Grinder Operator: Total Resource Staffing

1st shift 5 AM to 1:30 PM - $15/hr.
The Grind Operator is responsible for grinding the surfaces of the propeller in preparation for finishing.
All grinding is performed by holding the propeller in hand and guiding the part across various grinding belts. The Grind Operator also reports any defects found in the surface after grinding is completed, performs start of shift checks, and sets up all equipment pertaining to the grinder position. Steel toe shoes are required.

Straighten the surface, and check pitch of all parts to prepare for finishers. All straightening is performed by holding the parts in hand. Any defects in the parts should be found and reported.

1. Inspect part for and defects and notify group leader.
2. Pass completed parts to next grinding process.
3. Clean equipment and area at end of day.
