Camp Atterbury is celebrating its more than 80 years as a military facility, and you are invited to celebrate with us!

On Saturday, June 24, Camp Atterbury will hold a Community Day Celebration at the Indiana National Guard facility from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The day will feature tours of the facility; including the chance to watch live-fire, weapons, and repelling demonstrations; food vendors, displays, and fun for kids of all ages.

There will be a 5K Run/Walk/Ruck which will begin at 8 a.m. The link to sign up for the race can be found on the Camp Atterbury Facebook page.

The Camp Atterbury Museum, housed at the Welcome Center just before getting to the Main Gate, will be open all day for visitors who want to learn about the history of the facility which was founded in 1942 just after the start of World War II.

Entrance for Community Day will be through the Schoolhouse Road Gate on Old Hospital Road (East 800 South just off of US 31 South). Join us for a day of celebration and fun!
