The Pershing Township Lions Club will sponsor a Soup Supper and Euchre Tournament on Saturday, August 6th.  The menu includes chili, bean and broccoli cheese soup, cornbread, hot dogs and homemade desserts.  Serving for the meal will begin at 4:30 p.m. and the tournament will begin at 6 p.m. at the Senior Citizens Center (6807 N Union St, Freetown).  Cost is $5 for the meal and $5 to participate in the tournament.  The event is open to the public and all proceeds benefit the Lions Club charity projects.
