John Allen Tabor, 45, of Columbus, died October 6, 2015.
There will be no services for Mr. Tabor.
Survivors include his brothers, Thomas Wayne Tabor of Edinburgh and Kevan D. Tabor of Niceville, Florida.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Lee and Retta D. Rooks Tabor.
Arrangements were made by Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home.
