Seymour
LaDonna Sue Hillenburg, age 77, of Seymour, passed away on Thursday, December 10, 2015, at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. Born July 10, 1938, in Seymour, she was the daughter of William and Bessie (Sweazy) Sutherland. On December 9, 1967, in Taylorsville, Indiana, she married Richard L. Hillenburg.
A member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, LaDonna enjoyed crocheting. She formerly worked at CP Electronics in Columbus as well as Seymour Electronics.
Survivors include her husband of 48 years, Richard, of Seymour and children, Kim Malone and Kevin Culp of Seymour and Brian Hillenburg of Lexington, Kentucky. LaDonna also leaves behind a sister, Janet Weekly of Columbus; two grandchildren, Jamie (Marc) Baughman and Amanda (Andy) Bowman; and four great-grandchildren, Hayley and Dylan Howell and Maddie and Brady Bowman.
LaDonna was preceded in death by her parents and a son-in-law, Mike Malone.
Pastors Ralph Blomenberg, Philip Bloch and Jimmy Rodriguez and Vicar Alex Hoffmeyer will conduct services at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 15, 2015, at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Seymour. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until service time Tuesday at the church. Burial will follow at Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery.
