Anna McCullough

Anna Dora McCullough was born in Montgomery, Alabama, June 29, 1928, to William Felix and Mary Davis McCammon Krosky. She entered her heavenly home September 18, 2016, at her home, surrounded by her loving family.

As a young child, her family moved to Council Grove, Kansas, where she grew up and attended school. She received a BS degree in elementary education and was a teacher. She trusted the Lord Jesus Christ as her Savior at the age of 12 and served Him all her life. She moved to Columbus in 2001 and was a member of Parkside Baptist Church.

The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, September 22, 2016, at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home with Dr. William Bailey officiating. Calling will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home and one hour prior to the service Thursday. Entombment will be at Garland Brook Cemetery Mausoleum.

Memorial donations can be made to Our Hospice of South Central Indiana or Coyote Hill Christian Children’s Home, Harrisburg, Missouri, through the funeral home.

Anna Dora married William Frank McCullough June 7, 1958, in Council Grove, Kansas. He survives.

They have three children, William Scott (Anna) McCullough of Marion, Indiana, Mary Gayle (Robert) Sipla of Martinsville and Paul Timothy (Christine) McCullough of Redding, California. They have nine grandchildren, William Graham, Abraham Douglas, Peter Scott and Lydia Hope McCullough, Tyler Elliott and Kathryne “Kate” Elisabeth Sipla and Grace “Gracie” Elizabeth, Joshua “Joshie” Isaiah and Hannah Joy McCullough.

She was preceded in death by her parents and two infant brothers.
