Mayor Fred Armstrong declared “Blue and Orange Day” in recognition of Columbus North Bull Dogs and Columbus East Olympians football teams’ upcoming appearances in semistate games.


The Seymour High School Owls football team beat Franklin County 28-14 to win its first regional title and advance to the semistate round.
