Beverly Sue Warren, 78, of Miami Drive, Columbus, died on November 25, 2016.
Private entombment will be at Garland Brook Mausoleum.
Survivors include her daughter, Michele Warren of Ft. Branch, Indiana; brother, Bob Brown of Ft. Wayne, Indiana; sister, Faye Meyer of Nashville, Tennessee; three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her son, Richard Scott Warren.
