William “Vern” Hill, 95, of Columbus, died Monday, March 6, 2017, at Our Hospice of South Central Indiana.
He is survived by sons, Claude (Jean) Hill and Steve (Pam) Hill, both of Columbus; daughters, Connie (Tim) Cromley of Bokeelia, Florida, Kathy (Harry) O’Hanian of Hearne, Texas, Carol (Dan) Wilson of Nashville, Tennessee, Patti (Kerry) Grider of Columbus and Susan Tolbert of Columbus; 20 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy; and son, Stanley.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, March 9, 2017, at Myers-Reed Chapel. Burial will follow at Flatrock Baptist Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to service time at the funeral home.
Myers-Reed Chapel is serving the Hill family.
