Nathan Ray Collins, 38, of Brookville, died at 9 a.m. Thursday, June 1, 2017, at his residence.
Survivors include his wife, Sommer Nicole Collins; mother, Donna Lavonne Sullivan of Brookville; daughter, Mackenzie Collins of Greensburg; sons, Cory Ray Collins of Brookville and Jordan Collins of Rushville; step-daughter, Makayla Heath of Brookville; step-sons, Isaiah Heath and Mason Comstock, both of Brookville; sisters, Nicole (Corey) Petro of Westport and Krystal Sullivan of Brookville; brothers, Brad Sullivan of Greensburg, Mike Sullivan of Milroy and Anthony Sullivan of Lafayette.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday at Bass & Gasper Funeral Home with the Rev. Gary Carroll officiating. Burial will follow at Union Baptist Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to help the family with funeral expenses.
