Mrs. Cynthia “Cindy” Gail Phillips, 60, of Seymour, died Wednesday, June 14, 2017, at Schneck Medical Center.
She is survived by her father, Ferrell “Buck” Jones; her mother, Lorene (Keller) Lafferty; two brothers, Ray Jones and Jeffery Jones; sister, Susan (Don) Basil; and step-father, Max Lafferty.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Dwight.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Voss Chapel with the Rev. Samuel Allman officiating. Cremation will follow at Voss & Sons Crematory. Friends and family may call from 11 a.m. until service time Friday at Voss Chapel.
Memorials may be made to Full Gospel Apostolic Church.
